Before starting her own architectural firm, JB Marie LLC in 2023, Jessica worked as a Senior Security & Behavioral Health Planner and Project Manager personally involved in the design and planning of over 2,500 jail / prison beds as well as 1,500 forensic / behavioral health beds. She is adept at incorporating trauma-informed safety measures and security provisions into the design that supports the safety of staff and the incarcerated persons in their care.
